DOOM Eternal is a first-person shooter that continues the story of the legendary universe, where one man fights hordes of demons from outer space. This time, these terrifying creatures have invaded Earth, and the protagonist must now work hard to destroy each and every one of the creatures who brought chaos and destruction with them. As before, you can fight against these creatures to the sound of driving, incredibly high-pitched music. But beware, this time the demons have unleashed their elite forces.

Destroy and enjoy

You'll play as Doom the Executioner, who has long been the demonic forces' main adversary. And this time, he returns to wreak havoc and bring destruction. His arsenal includes dozens of weapons, a demonic sword, and many other combat options. All of these can be used at will; all you need to do is carefully examine your surroundings and react promptly to danger. Be prepared for demons to attack you from all sides, so your success will depend solely on your reaction.

Finishing system

Another interesting improvement to the game is the finishing move system, which offers the chance to eliminate enemies with a spectacular kill. To do this, wait until the enemy begins to shimmer, then approach them and perform the finishing move. Change the game language: add the launch parameter to the shortcut +sys_langPlatform "en" or turn on the console in the game menu and type sys_lang en (depending on the language you need, change "en", for example, to "ru");

If you want to play with English voice acting, delete/move the vo_russian.pck and vo_Russian.snd files from the DOOM Eternal/base/sound/soundbanks/pc folder;

Installation time ~5 minutes (depending on the computer);

When you first launch the game, create a Bethesda.net account (using a fake email address). On subsequent launches, you can skip the login process and block (or disable) internet access using the firewall (DOOMEternalx64vk.exe).

Be sure to update your video driver, otherwise the game will be unplayable after level 3.
