A dangerous maniac has seized power on nearly every continent. Only your small but rebellious country remains. You are the world's last hope, hiding in a small training camp. Restore its former glory and recruit new recruits to train you in combat tactics. Build the strongest group, and then deal a crushing blow to the madman.
