Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is a grim management thriller where every decision can be fatal. The player is entrusted with operating a strategic checkpoint during an epidemic, where fear, desperation, and a lack of resources turn a routine document check into a matter of life and death for the entire camp.
Choice without a correct answer
Every arrival can be either a salvation or a threat. Using scanning tools and their own instincts, the player identifies signs of infection, hidden items, and anomalies. Quarantine, refusal, or admission—no decision comes for free, and the consequences of mistakes are not immediately apparent, increasing tension and a sense of constant risk.
Over time, the camp grows, requiring ever more resources and protection. The player manages energy, medicine, and personnel, repels infected attacks with drones, and unlocks upgrades. Experiments on the infected bring progress, but they also challenge moral boundaries, turning survival into a cold calculation.
