Injustice: Gods Among Us is a killer fighting game based on the DC Comics universe. It features familiar heroes and villains, and battles between them will depend entirely on your skills.
Superman vs. Batman
While this is a typical fighting game, it also has a decent storyline. The plot begins after the Joker commits another crime. In one parallel universe, the Joker tricks Superman into killing Lois Lane and their unborn child. When Superman regains consciousness, he kills the Joker during interrogation. This event marks the beginning of a war. One side will be represented by Superman and his dictatorial regime, the other by Batman and the resistance. Throughout the game, you'll see numerous cutscenes with dialogue.
Interactive arenas
The gameplay is generally based on constant combat, taking place in interactive 3D arenas. This is the game's main strength. Players also occasionally need to interact with the environment, performing various actions that can damage opponents. For example, Batman can attach a bomb to a car and then hurl it at an enemy, while Superman can even lift a car and throw it at an enemy.
A new energy meter has also been added, allowing for more powerful attacks and even the use of unique abilities for each character. Weapons can also be swapped out. For example, Wonder Woman can equip a sword and shield instead of a whip.
