* For multiplayer: Launch Medal of Honor (2010) from the shortcut or from the NeptuneLauncher file, select Play Multiplayer in the launcher, the multiplayer game will start, and in it, create an account (an EA account will not work). You can choose any country and date of birth, enter your e-mail, create and write down a password (they will be used to authorize your profile, no one will see this data), you can check the box to save account information, so you do not have to enter a password every time you enter the game. Create a character profile using your nickname, all players will see it, log in. Choose an available server and play.
* For single-player: Launch Medal of Honor (2010) from the shortcut or from the NeptuneLauncher file, select Play Singleplayer in the launcher, play (First rank mode also works, a multiplayer account is used).
