Running on Windows 7:
Copy Xinput1_3.dll from the C:\Windows\System32\ folder to the game directory (to the folder with the game's .exe file)
Rename the file: Xinput1_3.dll ➞ Xinput1_4.dll
To prevent crashes, change FULLSCREEN to BORDER LESS in %userprofile%\Documents\KoeiTecmo\NIOH2config.xml
