Medic: Pacific War is a World War II simulator with a gameplay focus on realism. Players assume the role of a medic on the US Pacific front, carrying wounded soldiers from the battlefield.

Become a hero

Your primary task isn't to follow combat orders, but to carry the wounded off the battlefield. However, you'll have to do this in a combat environment where missiles are flying from all directions and buildings are threatening to collapse right above you.

As you progress, the player improves their skills and tools. They'll not only have to carry the wounded off but also treat soldiers—bandages, morphine injections, and other essentials of a combat medic should always be in your first aid kit.

You don't actively participate in the battle, but it unfolds without you—the battlefield is dynamically changing with every second, so there's no time to waste. Quick decision-making and total concentration are required.
