Ludus Magnatus is a gladiator club management simulator where you assemble your own team of fighters, prepare them for competition, and rise through the ranks from the lower divisions to the Imperial Championship. Players choose from a variety of available Ludus, recruit gladiators, manage their team's equipment, and compete against other clubs.
The path to the championship
Gladiators participate in fully simulated battles, where each fight impacts their future career. Victories bring glory, and the market allows them to purchase new weapons and armor to prepare for future seasons. During the championship, team composition can be adjusted, inviting new fighters and strengthening existing members.
Club development involves working not only with gladiators but also with the support staff. Scouts help find new recruits, doctors focus on fighters' recovery, and coaches are responsible for team preparation. In addition to single-player, a mode is available that allows you to invite friends and control rival Ludus in synchronized battles.
