Stellarcraft is a strategy game about colonizing and defending remote worlds, where each expedition begins with a small base and gradually evolves into a fortified outpost. Players must explore planets, extract resources, and build defensive systems to withstand attacks from native creatures. Thoughtful preparation and the careful deployment of technology are the foundation of a successful mission.
Planetary operations
Before launching a defense, it's important to survey the surrounding area and determine the region's available resources. Minerals, energy, and rare metals are used to expand the base and develop new technologies. The expedition gradually transforms the unknown planet into a strategic point from which to control the mission's progress.
When enemies begin to attack, the constructed defensive network comes into play. Each tower plays a specific role in defending the base, and their combinations form a stable line of defense. The player must constantly adapt the fortification system, responding to changing threats and the increasing difficulty of enemy waves.
