Flux Empyrean is an exploration game where the player's curiosity is the primary tool. Navigating a mysterious world on a small boat, you choose your own direction, explore the remains of a vanished civilization, and gradually reconstruct the history of a place that could have once been your home.
Each discovery helps us understand the next one.
Instead of traditional quests, the game challenges you to carefully explore the world around you and gather information from a variety of sources. Old manuscripts, abandoned research materials, and ancient structures gradually connect, revealing answers that are impossible to obtain without careful analysis of previous findings.
Progress is based on knowledge, not combat or stat development. Use celestial constellations for navigation, record your observations in a journal, and return to previously explored locations when new information allows you to take a fresh look at old mysteries. The world doesn't lead you by the hand, leaving you free to seek the truth on your own.
